Chris, thanks for your tips, and I've checked most of this out, and it's still happening, and driving me insane. It's happening with two more clients now, as well. I couldn't find any design replacement references in the log (do I need to turn any debuggin on?). There are no local replicas, just one on each cluster, and one on our New York server, which only replicates once a week. The templates are the same on each cluster server. Any other ideas? Thanks again.
